Artwork to be supplied digitally in hi-res PDF format.
All included images are to be CMYK and at least 300dpi
Embed all fonts
Full-page adverts require 3mm bleed on all edges and crop marks
Please flatten all transparency
All copy to be supplied with colour guides (colour laser or digital cromalin)
All PDFs need to be supplied to the following naming convention:
region_company_month.pdf
eg. nw_lawyerco_may.pdf
Any work submitted on CDR also needs a colour proof
(CDRs and proofs will not be returned)
Software accepted QuarkXpress®, Macromedia Freehand®, Adobe Illustrator®, Adobe Photoshop®.
Deadlines and commission. Cancellation deadline 28 days prior to publication.
Agency commission 10% paid to recognised PPA advertising agencies.
Newsco Insider does not accept responsibility for incorrectly prepared artwork. Any alterations/corrections to artwork will be charged at the studio rate.
